I believe in the power of collective healing by honoring individual well-being. My approach is holistic, strengths-based, creative, and solution-focused, recognizing that mental health is shaped by our relationships, environments, lived experiences, and nervous systems. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or family challenges, I center your unique story while empowering you to lead your healing journey.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, creating a collaborative, supportive space where growth happens at your own pace. This is your life and your therapy, and I'm here to support you as you move forward with confidence and hope.

I earned my Master's in Social Service and Bachelor's in Sociology with a concentration in Child and Family Studies from Bryn Mawr's Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. Over the past six years, I've supported children, adolescents, adults, and families through counseling, case management, and emotional wellness services.

Outside the therapeutic space, I love jigsaw puzzles, messy art, and finding humor in everyday life. After all, broken glass is just a mosaic in the making!

If you're ready, or maybe just getting there, I'd love to connect. You can book a free consultation or get started with your first session.
