You've probably heard phrases like "just be yourself,' "don't worry," or "just move on." While well-intentioned, those words often aren't enough when you're facing life's challenges. I believe meaningful change comes through support, encouragement, and finding the tools that work best for you. Together, we'll identify what's already working in your life and build on those strengths to help you navigate the difficult moments.
I enjoy working with individuals experiencing life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and other emotional challenges. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, empowering you to recognize your resilience while developing practical coping strategies that foster growth and healing.
Outside of the office, I enjoy music, traveling, spending time outdoors, and discovering new TV series! Whether it's relaxing on the porch, buying a new record, or exploring a new city, I appreciate opportunities to recharge and stay curious.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas and have experience working with clients of all ages and diverse life stages throughout the last couple of years.
If you feel as though we may be a good fit, you can schedule an appointment or reach out for a free consultation! I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
