Sometimes our journey through our life takes some unexpected turns that can leave us feeling alone, overwhelmed, or even not being able to have the words to describe what's going on in the inside. Taking that next step to reach out for help is courageous and Im glad you're here! It's okay if you don't have all the words right now to describe what you're feeling or going through, I'm here to walk with you at your pace in healing.

I enjoy working with teens 14+, young adults, and adults that are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, navigating family relationships, identity exploration, and other emotional challenges. As a latina athlete, I have a special interest in seeing athletes, retired athletes, those seeking to repair their view/ relationship on exercise and those in the spanish speaking community. I bring an eclectic approach using different therapy modalities, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to tailor to your needs. También puedo ofrecer servicios en español!

Outside of the therapy room, you'll find me enjoying a fun pick-up soccer game with friends, exploring different walking trails with my dog, Bean, or binge watching any good series or anime. I love any opportunity to be outside and exploring or learning something new.
