Reagan Easley

Therapist

Hi, I'm Reagan! Starting therapy can feel scary, especially when you're already overwhelmed or unsure of where to begin. I believe therapy can be a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted for who you are, not judged for where you've been or where you are right now. It's a space for you to be you. I primarily work with women, mothers, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I'm especially passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be getting in the way of the life they want.

My approach is warm, authentic, collaborative, and relationship-centered. I'm naturally personable and upbeat, and I meet each client where they are. Outside of counseling, I'm a mom and dog mom who loves music, dance, creativity, and spending time with the people I love. I value authenticity and connection in my own life, and those values naturally carry into my work with clients. I primarily draw from Relational-Cultural Therapy and ACT, incorporating DBT-informed skills and Adlerian concepts when helpful.

I earned my B.S. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health

Counseling from the University of Houston. I'd be honored to start this journey with you!
