One theory of therapy states that if obstacles are removed, the individual will develop into a mature, fully realized adult, just as an acorn will develop into an oak tree... My task is to remove obstacles blocking my patients path.

Therapist

I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about rediscovering the powerful, curious, and capable human you already are. I work with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by old roles, trauma, or systems that no longer fit. Together, we’ll figure out what’s getting in the way and build something more aligned, more authentic, and more you. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who shows up as a real person. That means I bring humor, honesty, and heart into the room (plus the occasional well-timed metaphor or inside joke).
