You can book a therapy session by calling us, using our online contact form, or sending us an email. Our Client Care Coordinator will help match you with the right therapist based on your needs, preferences, location and availability.
We offer in-person therapy at our clinics and online therapy sessions (in Texas) for those who prefer remote care.

Most individual sessions last about 50 minutes. Many clients begin with weekly therapy and adjust frequency over time depending on their goals and progress. Your therapist will collaborate with you to determine the best schedule for your care.

Coming soon, we will be offering medication management in-house by our licensed Psychiatrist.
Our therapists do not prescribe medication, they focus on talk therapy and holistic mental health care.
Currently, we refer you to trusted psychiatric providers or collaborate with your primary care doctor if medication support is needed.
