My name is Gizeh Castro and I believe that every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported just as they are. My purpose is to walk alongside children and teens as they discover their strengths and learn healthy ways to express their emotions. I'm passionate about helping children and teens navigate their emotions, develop confidence, and build meaningful connections with others.

My approach is holistic and strength-based, focusing on the whole child - mind, body, and spirit. My work also honors the spiritual side of healing. I am open to exploring faith and spirituality with clients and families who wish to include that in their journey. In our work together, I create a safe and nurturing space where children can explore their feelings, find their voice, and grow into a more confident sense of self. I believe in meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward meaningful growth at their own pace.

Outside of my work, I love traveling to visit friends and family, watching sporting events, enjoying movies, and exploring creative ways to recharge. I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker and a proud Baylor University graduate, dedicated to helping children and families thrive.
