There are times in life when everything feels like a lot—whether you’re adjusting to life as a new mom, navigating the challenges of being a teenager, or trying to keep up with the demands of a high-stress career. You may know you want something to change, but not be sure how to get there. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find a way forward.
I’m Mandy Schramm, and I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2015. I provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults, with particular interest in supporting new and expectant moms, teens, and adults navigating high levels of stress and significant life transitions. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and difficulty coping.
My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what’s happening without feeling judged or having to figure everything out on your own. Together, we’ll work to understand what you’re experiencing, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that fit your life. I especially enjoy helping clients reach those moments when something begins to click—when they gain a new understanding of themselves, see a situation differently, or realize they have more choices than they thought.
I hold Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Whether you’re adjusting to a new chapter, carrying more stress than feels sustainable, or simply feeling stuck and ready for something to shift, therapy can be a place to pause, gain clarity, and begin moving forward.
Your experiences are part of your story, but they don’t have to determine where your story goes next.
