“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” — Carl Jung

You may find yourself repeating the same emotional or relationship patterns despite all the healing, insight, and growth you’ve already worked hard to achieve. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or frustrated that you continue reacting in ways that don’t reflect who you want to be.

Meaningful transformation happens when we feel safe enough to approach ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment. The therapy room is a judgment-free space where we can slow down together, explore the impact of how your experiences show up today, and better understand the patterns shaping your life and relationships.

Most importantly, you are the expert on your own life and relationships. Working with individuals and couples, my role is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where trust can build naturally and your meaningful work can unfold.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, redefining yourself, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or recovery-related struggles—or you’re part of a couple seeking greater understanding and connection—we will tailor our work together to your unique needs and goals.

My approach is not talk therapy—you don’t have to rehash all the details to heal, I draw from attachment-focused, trauma-informed, somatic, mindfulness-based, and evidence-based practices.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcome clients from diverse relationship structures (across the monogamous spectrum), identities, and backgrounds.

I would be honored to support you (or your partnership).
