Therapist
I believe our lives are made up of a collection of stories that are constantly being written and rewritten. Every individual has their own story that makes up who they are. Sometimes, our lives get riddled with conflict and turmoil, and we lose sight of where we want our stories to go. As your therapist, my goal is to help you navigate to your story’s resolution in a safe and judgement-free space where you are able to explore and discover yourself. I’ll be here to guide you to the best version of yourself and build the skills you need to overcome future challenges. I provide individualized treatment to meet each person’s needs and use a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive/dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness strategies. I specialize in working with children and teens with mood disorders, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. I am also experienced in administration and interpretation of psychological testing instruments and psychoeducational evaluations. If my bio resonates with you, reach out and schedule an appointment! I am supervised by Dr. Diana Carleton, Ed.D., LP.
